Time to time faculties and students from Department of Electrical Engineering are conducting different activities and students are also participating in other colleges in different events. Some of the activities are….
1. A special Lecture on Relay & Protection
Two days special lecture series on ‘Relay and Protection’ in the department of Electrical engineering of BCE Bhaglapur on 16th -17th March 2018 under twining activity with IIEST Shibpur by Prof. A. K. Maitra and Prof. G. Bandyopadhyay.
2. A workshop on IoT using Arduino
Three days a hand on training was conducted for students and faculty members on “IoT using Arduino” in April’19. The event was organized by Electrical Engineering Department.
3. Project Exhibition on Viswa Yuwa Kaushal Diwas
On 13.07.2019 to 15.07.2019, Sahil Gaurav, Rashmi Kumari and Rahul Kumar, students of Electrical Department, BCE Bhagalpur won the 1st prize in the project exhibition for the project “Home Automation Bluetooth Control Device” on Viswa Yuwa Kaushal Diwas at Gyan Bhawan, Patna.
4. FDP on Python
Electrical Engineering department conducted a Faculty Development Program on Python Programming in collaboration with E&ICT Academy, IIT Guwahati during 15 to 19 July 2019. The sessions were conducted by the experts from Probyto, Guwahati. The following topics were discussed during the FDP: Anaconda, Jupyter notebook, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Basics of Python Programming including daily hands-on session.
5. Plantation at BCE Bhagalpur on 09.08.2019
A plantation drive was conducted at BCE Bhagalpur with the aim of ‘One student, One Tree’. All the students as well as faculty members participated in the event.
6. Industrial Visit
Recently 3rd year students from Electrical Engineering visited NTPC, Kahalgaon 14/02/2020.
